How do I register?

Follow the below steps to set up your team or click here for a step-by-step guide to registering. 

Step 1: Get a UCalgary Active Living Account

  • Each team member must have a University of Calgary Active Living account.

  • If you registered last year, you already have an account.

  • To register for a new Active Living account, click here.​

​Step 2: Register

  • Designate a team captain. The team captain will create and pay for the team then add members to the team roster.

  • Visit the registration link and complete the registration for the division you are interested in.

Step 3: Add Team Members

You can add, remove, or modify the members of your team until October 9. A full roster is not required to sign up - you can sign up now and fill your team later!

  • Log in to your active living profile​

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner

  • Click "my teams"

  • Click "manage members"

  • Input the email addresses of your team members that they used to create their active living account.

Step 4: Complete Waivers

All members of the team must complete the online waiver form and photo release. Any waivers not completed by the event date will need to be completed prior to participation.

  • Each team member will log into their own personal Active Living Account​

  • Click on your name in the upper right corner

  • Click "Waivers and Forms"

  • Complete the Waiver, the Medical Form, and the Photo Release.
